It bothered him that Thailand, a country with access to great cocoa beans, lacked a local option for high-end chocolate. This sparked a deep dive into sustainability within the cocoa industry. He, along with fellow chefs, embarked on a multi-year journey to create Pridi Cacaofevier.

Their mission? Craft exceptional chocolate using Thai cocoa beans while prioritizing ethical and sustainable practices. They wanted to be part of the engine to bring high-quality Thai chocolate to life.
