Refund policy

DONATIONS

If you made a donation in error, please contact us right away via our contact page. We do our best to respond within one business day. 

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns of food products. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, please see our refund policy. 

REFUNDS

  • First-time customers: we will gladly refund or exchange your complete purchase up to $20. If a product is believed to be defective, please re-seal the package and we will advise on how to return the product for a refund of its full value. 
  • Returning customers: we will gladly refund or exchange any product that did not fully meet your expectations.
