Searching for fertile lands near Lake Yojoa in Honduras, they discover a place of extraordinary wealth: a land blessed with volcanic ash, a unique microclimate and majestic biodiversity.
With a deep love for nature, they sow the seeds of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa, baptizing each plot with names that carry the hope of seeing the land flourish: Santa Cecilia, San Diego, and San José.
